I think this song is from Anil Biswas' 'beqasoor'.

 Since Anil started off this series with somewhat of an avenging attitude to prove that Lata could sing sensual songs (reference: Latanjali-2), I have been following this series regularly. I was disappointed, but that's  a different story. ;-)) However the songs featured in this series sure are very nice. So I decided to contribute one too. This song has a nice melody base and is sung by Lata in her then_usual sweet
 voice.
